Infusion Insurance exists because buying insurance should feel like a partnership, not a transaction. Our goal is to protect the people and businesses moving our communities forward. Our mission is simple: to educate, create, and provide true value so clients never feel left in the dark about their commercial auto and liability coverage.

Passenger transportation businesses face higher, more complex exposures than standard commercial clients. Because these distinct liability, auto, and regulatory needs are rarely covered well by ordinary business accounts, Infusion Insurance has intentionally invested in deep, niche expertise. We specialize in placing tailored programs for limousines, shuttles, charter buses, taxis, rideshare fleets, and non-emergency medical transport (NEMT).

Our passion lies in showing businesses exactly how to manage insurance risk, navigate strict state and federal compliance requirements, and buy coverage smarter. By blending a disciplined, consultative approach with state-of-the-art technology, transportation fleets across New England can build safer, cost-effective programs. Backed by exclusive carrier relationships, access to surplus lines, and active leadership with organizations like the New England Livery Association (NELA), we provide the knowledge and strict minimum limit guidance required to protect your bottom line.

Explore our transportation insurance solutions designed specifically for commercial fleets, livery operators, and mobility-focused businesses across New England.
